Simple, volume-based pricing

One page equals one side of a document - a 3-page PDF counts as 3 pages. Scanned multi-page PDFs count each physical page. If an extraction fails (due to an unrecognized template or file error), that page does not count against your monthly limit.

No. If Parseloom cannot extract your document - due to an unsupported file type, a corrupt file, or an unmatched template - the page is not counted. Partial extractions (where some fields succeed and others return low-confidence results) do count, since work was done.

Yes. The Starter tier has no trial expiry - it stays free permanently. If your team genuinely processes fewer than 100 pages per month, it can run production workflows. The 3-template limit means you'll outgrow it quickly if you have diverse document types, but it's a real tier, not a demo mode.

Training examples you upload to build a new template do not count against your monthly page quota. Only production extractions count. The 5 to 10 example documents you label to create a template are training data - they're not billed.

Starter includes JSON export only - no direct ERP connectors. Professional adds the QuickBooks Online connector and REST API webhooks. Scale adds SAP (RFC/BAPI) and Oracle NetSuite (SuiteScript REST) connectors. All plans can use our REST API for custom middleware integration.

We're still early. Annual billing isn't available in the current product, but if your team commits to an annual contract, email us at [email protected] - we can work out a custom arrangement. Most teams start month-to-month and move to an annual conversation after the first billing cycle confirms fit.
